Scott was a reporter at WIBW-TV from October of 1998 to September of 1999. He then anchored the morning show until he left WIBW in November of 2001. Since that time, Scott has been with the Fort Riley Public Affairs Office. He produced the television show “In Step with Fort Riley” that aired on Channel 13 until March of 2008. In 2006, he won several awards for his work on the show. Currently, he is producing video news stories for the cable channel on the Fort Riley post, and for the 1st Infantry Division web site.

Scott enjoyed working with the morning crew and says the close-knit atmosphere that is created by working such a difficult schedule (arriving @3:30am everyday) is something he won’t forget. He remembers one show that was done on Halloween as his favorite. It featured our audio guy carving pumpkins and Scott wearing a carrot on his head as his Halloween costume.
