MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) _ Tyler Lockett may be the brightest spot in a bleak start to Kansas State's Big 12 title defense.
The son of former Wildcat great Kevin Lockett, the wide receiver has been the most consistent performer for an inconsistent offense. He has 29 catches for 469 yards and a touchdown, while also providing a spark for the Wildcats on special teams.
The native of Tulsa, Okla., will get a chance to show Oklahoma State what they let get away when Kansas State visits Stillwater on Saturday. Kansas State had last week off after losing to Texas in its conference opener.
The Cowboys are coming off an upset loss to West Virginia.
