K-State/Texas Jan. 30 Game Time Moved to 7 pm
MANHATTAN, Kan. – Tipoff time for the men’s basketball game against Texas on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at Bramlage Coliseum has been moved up an hour to 7 p.m. CT, officials announced Monday.
The game, which was originally scheduled for an 8 p.m. CT tip, will air nationally on ESPN2 with Bob Wischusen and Stephen Bardo on the call.
The nationally-ranked Wildcats (13-2, 2-0 Big 12) moved up two spots to No. 16 in The Associated Press Top 25 poll on Monday. It is the team’s highest ranking in the AP poll since the Wildcats checked in at No. 11 on Dec. 20, 2010. K-State is currently riding a six-game winning streak into Wednesday’s game at TCU (9-7, 0-3 Big 12), which will air nationally on ESPNU at 8 p.m. CT.
A limited number of single-game tickets are still available for the Texas game priced at $60 for chairback and cushion seats and $50 each for bench seating. There are also a limited number of tickets for Saturday’s game with Oklahoma, the Feb. 18 game with West Virginia, the Feb. 25 game with Texas Tech and the March 5 game with TCU.
