Rovelto’s High Jumping Clinic To Be Held In January

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State Track and Field head coach Cliff Rovelto is offering a high jump clinic to all coaches and athletes on Saturday, Jan. 4, as participants will have the opportunity to work with the world-class coach, current members of the track and field squad as well as some of Rovelto’s post-collegiate athletes.

The clinic will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participants are asked to meet at 8:45 a.m. in the Purple Pride Room, located on the third floor of the K-State Alumni Center. Cost of the clinic is $120 per individual.

The clinic will consist of both classroom and track sessions. Activities include: high jump technique, high jump training, strength/power development progression for the high jump and periodization of training for the high jumper.
