Brian Walker might be playing the best golf of his life. This weekend he won the TGA Match Play tournament to complete a sweep, collecting the Stroke and Match Play Titles.
Walker played a strong front 9 at Shawnee Country Club on Sunday against Drew Judd, putting him in front +3 heading into the back 9.
Judd cut the lead to +2 when Walker struggled on 12, but just 2 holes later Walker's lead was back to +3 when Judd's par put lipped out of the hole.
On 15 Judd's tee shot went left, and he was forced to hit another ball, and Walker got up and down for par, giving him the win.
Brian shared a cart with his younger brother Kurt, who beat Justin Jacquinot in the President's flight.
