The Kansas City Royals announced today that left-handed pitcher Ryan Verdugo and catcher Adam Moore were assigned outright to Triple-A Omaha.

Derrick Robinson Clears Waivers

KANSAS CITY, MO (November 30, 2012) — The Kansas City Royals announced today that left-handed pitcher Ryan Verdugo and catcher Adam Moore were assigned outright to Triple-A Omaha. In addition, outfielder Derrick Robinson cleared waivers and will be not tendered a 2013 contract prior to tonight’s 11 p.m. CT tender deadline, making him a free agent.

All three players were designated for assignment by the Royals on November 20.
