Wichita Heights' senior Perry Ellis has been selected to play in the McDonalds All American basketball game. The game will be played March 28th in Chicago.
Ellis is the first Wichita player selected for the game since Greg Dreiling and Aubrey Sherrod were named to the squad in 1981. Ellis was one of 24 players selected. He will play for the East squad.
Ellis is averaging 26 points per game for the undefeated Falcons. He has signed to play college basketball at the University of Kansas next season.
