Kansas City, Mo. – Central Missouri and Washburn each won a share of the MIAA regular season championship. The Jennies earned the top seed in the tournament which will start on Tuesday, Nov. 19 from campus sites.
Top seeded UCM will host eighth seeded Pittsburg State at 7 p.m. on Nov. 19 from Warrensburg, Mo. Washburn earns the second seed and will face off with seventh seeded Northwest Missouri at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
Nebraska-Kearney will be the third seed in the tournament and will face sixth seeded Missouri Western at 7 p.m. from Kearney, Neb. And finally Central Oklahoma wrapped up the fourth seed in the tournament and will face off with fifth seeded Emporia State at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 from Edmond, Okla.
The winners of those matches will advance to the tournament semi-finals to be hosted by the top remaining seed following Tuesday’s action.
