Although Selection Sunday is nearly 3 weeks away, the NCAA has still put out an NCAA Tournament bracket, a mock bracket. A group of journalists went through the tournament selection process to see what the committee has to go through.
The #1 seeds were Kentucky in the South, Syracuse in the East, Ohio State in the West and Missouri in the Midwest.
KU was slated as the 2 seed in the west, Matched up with Weber State in nearby Omaha. Kansas State was an 8 seed in the South vs St. Louis with a 2nd round matchup w/ithKentucky on the horizon. Wichita State was in as a 4 seed, and in a big surprise, Kyle Weems' Missouri State was slated to sneak in as well.
