Allen Chapman, 20 (DOB 7/23/91), was arrested Saturday night at 8:40 PM.
Riley County officials say he was stopped by an officer for driving
without headlights on at the intersection of 11th Street and Vattier
Street in Manhattan.
A routine check of his license should that it was suspended, according to
police, and he was arrested and charged with Driving While Suspended.
His bond was set at $750 through Riley County Municipal Court and he has
posted bond.
Lieutenant Josh Kyle, Riley County Police Department's Public Information
Officer, could not say why Chapman's license was suspended.
