K-State Reschedules Game at Nebraska for Wednesday
MANHATTAN, Kan. – Due to a predicted high temperature reaching only 40 degrees Tuesday in Lincoln, Kansas State and Nebraska have elected to move their midweek contest to Wednesday evening at 6:35 p.m., at Hawks Field.
The game can be heard in the Manhattan area on SportsRadio 1350 KMAN, as well as online at both www.k-statesports.com and www.1350kman.com.
Following Wednesday’s game, Kansas State returns to Tointon Family Stadium for a three-game series against TCU, Friday through Sunday. Friday’s game, which begins at 6:30 p.m., is Military Appreciation Night as $3 general admission bench tickets are available with a valid military ID. Saturday’s 4 p.m., contest features $3 general admission bench tickets for season ticket holders, while a pregame tailgate will be held 60 minutes prior to first pitch both days.
Sunday is a Family Day with four general admission bench tickets and four concession vouchers available for $30, while all kids can run the bases after the game.

Friday’s series opener will be shown exclusively on K-StateHD.TV and can be heard across the K-State Sports Network. Saturday’s game can be viewed state-wide on Cox Communications’ Kansas 22 as well as in the Kansas City area on MetroSports, while the finale will be shown to a national audience on Fox College Sports. The final two games of the series can be heard in the Manhattan area on KMAN.
