Holton Poised For Another 4A Run
HOLTON, Kan - Losing in the first round of the playoffs isn't usually considered a disappointing season for most high school football teams, but Holton High School is not most teams.
The Wildcats are always a player to take home 4A hardware, and are looking to get past the first round this year.
Brooks Barta's strategy is simple: execute and run the ball, and then run it some more.
This year he once again has a stocked backfield with 4-5 capable options to carry the ball, including a quarterback that will have the option to run more times than in year's past.
