TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A former Jayhawk who left the team this past may has landed in the Cornhusker State.

CBS Sports College Basketball Insider Jon Rothstein reports Andrew White III has committed to Nebraska and will have two years of eligibility remaining after sitting out next season.

The 6'6" guard left Lawrence in May after revealing he wanted more playing time.

White III, who averaged just 6 minutes and 2.3 points in 19 games last season, looks to play a rather large roll for the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Big Ten.
