ESU Swept Out Of MIAA Volleyball Tournament

Kansas City, Mo. – Fifth seeded Emporia State saw their tournament run come to an end in a 3-0 loss to top seeded Nebraska-Kearney. The Lopers hit .319 on the way to the 25-15, 25-10, 25-15 victory.

For UNK Ariel Krolikowski had 13 kills and nine digs. MJ massanet added seven kills and 22 digs. Jenna Rouzee had a double-double with 34 assists and 13 digs. Liz McGowan added 12 digs in the match.

For the Hornets Paige Vanderpool had eight kills and seven assists. Sydney Hartman had 12 assists and Katie Deutschmann had 10 assists. Meg Schwartz added 13 digs to lead ESU.

Nebraska-Kearney will face Central Missouri on Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. from Kearney, Neb.
