Shrine Bowl game to air live on Kansas 22
Wichita, Kan. – Live from Pittsburg State University’s Carnie Smith Stadium in Pittsburg, Kan., Cox Kansas 22 will provide exclusive live coverage of the 37th annual Kansas Shrine Bowl All-Star football game on Saturday, July 31. The telecast begins with a pre-game show at 6:30 p.m. followed by kick-off shortly after 7 p.m.
College-bound players, who are both standouts on the field and in the classroom, are divided into East and West team members. As host, Cox Communications is helping spread the message to raise money for the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Re-telecasts of the game are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4, Monday, Aug. 9 and Saturday, Aug. 21 on Cox Kansas 22, available exclusively on Cox Cable channel 22. For access anytime, the game will be available for up to a year in the local programming section of Cox On DEMAND free to Cox Digital Cable customers.
