LAWRENCE, Kan. – In its first of three tournaments this fall, the University of Kansas softball hosts the KU Triangular Saturday, Sept. 22 at Arrocha Ballpark. KU will go up against Butler Community College at 2 p.m. followed by a contest versus Missouri Southern at 4 p.m.
On Sunday, Sept. 23, the Jayhawks will return to the field for a contest against Missouri Western. The teams will play from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., playing as many innings as time will allow.
Head coach Tracy Bunge will introduce a team that went 33-24-1 in 2007 and returns 13 letterwinners, while welcoming five newcomers.
Admission to all games is free.
