ARLINGTON, TEXAS (TICKER) -- The Kansas City Royals activated outfielder Mark Teahen from the 15-day disabled list on Monday, prior to the start of the team's three-game set with the Texas Rangers.
The 25-year-old has not played since August 18 due to a left forearm strain.
In 119 games this season, Teahen is batting .284 with seven homers and 52 RBI. For his career, the three-year veteran is hitting .273 with 31 home runs and 176 RBI.
