MANHATTAN, Kan. – There is nothing more traditional on a college campus than families returning for Homecoming festivities on fall football game-day.
The same is true at K-State. And to encourage all Wildcat families to “come home” for the October 27 football game against Baylor the Athletics Department is offering a special “Family Four Pack” ticket package which includes four game tickets for just $100, a savings of $120 if the tickets were purchased individually at the normal price.
Quantities of the ticket package are limited. Fans are encouraged to place their orders promptly.
Tickets can be purchased at the Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum or by calling 1-800-221-CATS. The ticket office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Homecoming weekend activities also include the Wildcat volleyball team taking on Iowa State on October 27 in Ahearn Field House. Fans displaying a football game ticket will receive admission to the volleyball match for just $1.
In addition, fans will have the opportunity to visit Willie’s Fun Zone at both football and volleyball. Children will have the chance to meet Willie, get their pictures taken wearing game jerseys and play games centered around a Halloween theme.
The women’s basketball team will also hold an open practice in Bramlage Coliseum prior to the Baylor football game. This event is free and open to the public.
Starting times for the football and volleyball games will be announced at a later date.
