SAMUELS, STICH AND NEWTON PICK UP WINS SUNDAY EVENING AT HPT

TOPEKA, Kan. (August 21, 2007) –David Samuels, Brian Stich and Nick Newton picked up wins in race number eight of the Waste Management “Think Green” dirt race series at Heartland Park Topeka Sunday evening.

Brian Stich of Topeka took the checkered flag in the Hobby Stock division while David Samuels also from Topeka won the feature race in Factory Stocks. Nick Newton out of Kansas City, Kansas took the top spot for the first time in the series in the Modified class.

Racers will be back on the Heartland Park Topeka track for the final points race Sunday, September 9th for the last Waste Management “Think Green” Dirt Race. Spectator gates open at 5pm, hot laps will be at 6pm, races start at 7pm.
