Coin flip decides Browns starter

CLEVELAND (AP) _ Cleveland coach Romeo Crennel says he may flip
a coin to decide who starts at quarterback against the Kansas City
Chiefs tomorrow night.
Charlie Frye and Derek Anderson are in a dead heat for the
starting job at this point. But if neither one does the job in
preseason games, rookie Brady Quinn could move up.
Chiefs coach Herm Edwards is starting Brodie Croyle against the
Browns, but he says Croyle and veteran Damon Huard are even.
The Chiefs have been impressed with Croyle's strong arm, but his
decision making needs work.
Huard will start next week's preseason game against Miami.
Meanwhile, running back Larry Johnson is still holding out for a
bigger contract.
