Royals prospect to play in Futures All-Star game
WICHITA, KAN. (AP) _ Royals prospect Luke Hochevar
(hoh-CHAY-vehr) has been invited to play in the Futures All-Star
Game tomorrow in San Francisco.
Hochevar has starred for Kansas City's Double-A affiliate the
Wichita Wranglers this season. Last month, he pitched a pair of
innings in the Texas League All-Star Game.
Before being drafted by Kansas City, Hochevar played for
Tennessee from 2003 to 2005.
