The Kansas City Chiefs announced on Friday that Chuck Loomis, a 44-year Chiefs season ticket holder, is the recipient of a trip to South Florida and two tickets to Super Bowl XLIV. Loomis won the tickets to the NFL’s title game through a random drawing of all Chiefs season ticket holders. The package also includes four nights of lodging and a stipend to offset travel and other expenses.
A Chiefs season ticket holder since ’66, Loomis has lived in Kansas City, Missouri nearly his whole life and will enter his 45th season of cheering on the Chiefs at the New Arrowhead in 2010. In fact, Loomis purchased his first color television set in January of ’67, just in time to watch Kansas City represent the American Football League in Super Bowl I.
