Royals Win Second Straight

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) _ Emil Brown hit a three-run homer and
the Kansas City Royals beat the Tampa Bay Devil Rays 9-to-4. Brown
hit his second homer of the season during a four-run fourth inning
that put the Royals ahead 8-to-1. Kansas City has won eight of its
last ten road games.
Odalis Perez won for the first time since late April. He's
3-and-5. He gave up four runs and eight hits in five-plus innings.
He had been winless in six starts.
Brendan Harris had a three-run homer for the Devil Rays. Edwin
Jackson is 0-and-7 with the loss.
