The Hutchinson Salt Hawks won a record sixth straight State Championship with a 52-14 win over Gardner-Edgerton. Devon Dinwiddie finished with 13 carries for 219 yards and four touchdowns. He also caught a pass for a touchdown giving him five total on the day.
Hutchinson racked up 447 yards on the ground and 510 yards of total offense. The Trailblazers led early, 14-7 at one point in the second quarter. Before Hutch scored 45 straight points to earn their 13th win of the season.
