Hornets Softball Season Ends in Minnesota
MANKATO, MN May 13, 2007-- The Hornet softball team fell to Nebraska-Omaha by a score of 5-3 in the North Central Regional Championship in Mankato, Minnesota. UNO put up four runs in the second inning before the Hornets battled back on RBI from April Huddleston and Megan Davison. Courtney Reed came on in relief only allowing one run and striking out six in 4.2 innings of work. The Hornets finish the season 50-12.
