Reports indicate that Kansas State has landed a basketball recruit.
Victor Dubovitsky, who took his first official visit since receiving his release from the letter-of-intent he signed with Texas A&M, to Kansas State has decided that Manhattan is the place for him. The Moscow, Russia native will sign with Frank Martin's Wildcats. The recruiting service known as "Rivals" rates Dubovitsky as a three star prospect. He had originally signed with Texas A & M before Billy Gillespie left for Kentucky.
