KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) _ Gil Meche is the starter for the
Kansas City Royals this afternoon against Jered Weaver for the Los
Angeles Angels. The Royals got a three-run homer last night from
Esteban German for their 3-to-1 win over the Angels.
Royals starter Jorge De La Rosa (3-2) allowed five hits and one run
over seven innings.
