TOPEKA, Kan (May 2, 2007) – The Street Legal Drags, presented by AAA Kansas and the Topeka Capital –Journal, scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, 2007 has been canceled.

Due to the poor weather conditions, the Street Legal Drag racing event scheduled for tonight will not be run and the next Street Legal race will be Wednesday, May 9, 2007. The Street Wars Showdown/Test & Tune will be Friday, May 4, 2007.

Heartland Park Topeka, a multi-purpose racing facility located in Topeka, Kan., annually hosts NHRA POWERade drag racing, the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), and many other pro and amateur drag racing, road racing, and dirt racing events throughout the race season.
