Second Thoughts: Hi Park Star Richardson Plans To Transfer
Two time all state selection Rico Richardson is transferring to another school, really this time. Richardson plans on enrolling at Bogan Computer Technical High School in Chicago.

Topeka -- Two time all state selection Rico Richardson is transferring to another school, really this time. Richardson left Topeka on Saturday afternoon for Chicago, where he plans on enrolling at Bogan Computer Technical High School. Richardson, a basketball standout at Highland Park, originally planned on transferring to Maine Central Institute, a prep school in Pittsfield, Maine before his financial aid fell through.
Bogan Computer Tech's curriculum is heavily bases in college prep. The school's states it's mission and vision statements is it's website:

Off the court issues were the motivator behind Richardson's choice to head to Maine, but since his re-enrollment at Highland Park for his senior year, the 6-foot guard has carried a 4.0 GPA.
Richardson has started for the Scots since his freshman year, and has twice earned all state honors. One of the best pure shooters in the state, Richardson averaged 17.7 points per game as a junior, leading his team to it's third straight 5A hoops crown. Hi Park has gone 73-and-2 since his freshman year.
