Michael Krajicek broke a school record with two blocked punts and returned one for a touchdown in Washburn's 56-35 win over Emporia State.

His first block came on ESU's first possession, which Brad Haug recovered and returned seven yards for a 7-0 lead with 12:58 remaining in the first quarter. Krajicek’s second block came with 4:56 remaining in the third quarter, which he recovered and returned five yards for a touchdown as part of a 28-point third quarter for the Ichabods that turned a 28-28 halftime tie into a 56-28 lead.

While starting at linebacker, the senior from Gretna, Neb., added eight tackles with four solo stops and three tackles for loss.
