Washburn Spring Game Set for Saturday

Topeka - The Washburn Football Team is finishing their final preparations for their annual spring football game. Craig Schurig's team holds their spring camp earlier than most teams. He said he likes to get the drills out of the way so that his team can get more conditioning in towards the end of the season.
Quarterback Jordan Brill has comeback from shoulder surgury to take the majority of snaps with the first team offense. Brill says that he'll be back to full strength within the next few days.
Washburn will play their scrimage on Saturday from 9:00 to noon.
