Kruger's Rebels Fall to Ducks
ST. LOUIS (AP) _ Tajuan Porter, the little guy nobody wanted,
has Oregon one game away from the Final Four.
The five-foot-six freshman tied an N-C-A-A regional record with
eight three-pointers and finished with 33 points and Oregon held
off U-N-L-V 76-to-72 in the Midwest Regional.
The third-seeded Ducks advanced to play top-seeded Florida on
Sunday.
Malik Hairston had 14 points and eleven rebounds for Oregon,
which has not reached a Final Four since winning it all in 1939.
