Scots Will Play for State Championship

Highland Park battled back from behind to take the lead, and then held off a charge from Shawnee Mission Bishop Miege to win 45 to 40.
Kyle Weems led the way for the Scots with 11 points, and had to fight off leg cramps in the process. Freshman Rico Richardson also tallied double figures with 10. The Scots trailed 12 to 7 at the end of the first quarter, but led 22 to 19 at intermission.
Highland Park will face McPherson in the State title Game.
