Royals Win Preseason Game

SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP) _ Alex Gordon drove in four runs as Kansas
City beat Seattle 11-to-3 today in spring training.
Gordon had a triple and double, and Billy Butler hit a three-run
home for the Royals.
Royals manager Buddy Bell says Kansas City fans are going to
love both players.
Butler won the Texas League batting title last season. He's
scheduled to open the season with Triple-A Omaha to work on his
defense.
Gordon was the Texas League Player of the Year last season and
is likely to be the Royals' starting third baseman.
Angel Berroa and Jason Larue also homered for the Royals.
Todd Wellemeyer pitched three scoreless innings for the win.
