Hornet volleyball players Arica Shepard and Ting Liu earned Player of the Week honors this week in the MIAA. For Liu it is the fourth time this season she has received the Specialist of the Week honors. She averaged 14.17 assists per set and helped her squad to hit .278 last week, as the 11th-ranked Hornets won four matches in the Washburn Lady Blues Fall Classic.
