MANHATTAN, Kan. - K-State will look to continue a two-game winning streak on Wednesday night, as the Wildcats travel to Green Bay, Wis., to face the Phoenix of Wisconsin-Green Bay. This will be K-State’s third visit to Green Bay and the first since the 2002 season. The Wildcats have won four straight over the Phoenix, including a 72-67 season-opening win on Nov. 10, 2006.

The Wildcats are coming off a successful weekend in which they won their 10th Commerce Bank Wildcat Classic in the 13-year existence of the tournament. K-State is now 23-3 (.885) all-time in the Wildcat Classic. With the two victories over the weekend, Kansas State captured its 199th and 200th victories (200-76; .718) in the 20-year existence of Bramlage Coliseum.
K-State was led during the weekend by junior guard Shalee Lehning, senior guard Kimberly Dietz and sophomore forward Ashley Sweat. The trio was named to the all-tournament team, with Lehning capturing most valuable player honors.
For the season, K-State is led in scoring by by Dietz at 13.0 points per game. Also in doubles figures are Lehning (11.3) and Sweat (10.9). Pacing the Wildcats in rebounds are junior forward Marlies Gipson (6.9) and Lehning (6.6). Lehning leads the team and the Big 12 in assists per game at 7.3 and also paces in the squad in field goal percentage (.578).
