MANHATTAN, Kan. - No. 12 Kansas State will make its third trip to the Lone Star State when the Wildcats travel to Waco, Texas, to take on the Baylor Bears on Sat., Nov. 10th at noon. The 19-7 Cats, who swept the Bears in a 3-0 decision at Ahearn Field House, will fight for their third straight win over Baylor, who sits at 14-12 overall and 6-9 in the Big 12 Conference.
Each of the teams was forced into five-game matches in its midweek event, but each found a different result as K-State defeated Texas A&M and Baylor lost to Iowa State. The Cats improved their league record to 11-5 when they finished the Aggies in games of 30-19, 30-27, 30-32, 28-30, 15-10. The Bears fell short of the Cyclones in scores of 20-30, 33-31, 27-30, 30-25, 14-16.
