K-State's Sports Information contact confirms that the Wildcat tight end, who was suspended for the first nine games of the season because of legal troubles, will be available on Saturday in Lincoln.
Norwood was suspended after a pair of arrests on August the 19th. He pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor charges in Riley County District Court on Nov. 2 and received six months probation.
Norwood played in 12 of 13 games last season, with 10 starts.
