Franks, Harrell out again for Packers against Chiefs

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Packers tight end Bubba Franks and defensive tackle Justin Harrell were inactive Sunday against the Chiefs, missing their second straight game.

Franks has a knee injury and Harrell a sore ankle. Also inactive for the Packers were cornerback Will Blackmon and linebacker Desmond Bishop.

Kansas City's No. 1 wide receiver, Eddie Kennison, was inactive for the sixth game with a nagging hamstring problem he injured on the first offensive play from scrimmage this season.

Also inactive were Kyle Turley, who started several games at right tackle, and defensive tackle Tank Tyler.
