As the halfway mark approaches in conference play, the University of Kansas (10-9, 3-6 Big 12) will host Baylor Wednesday night for a 7 p.m. match at the Horejsi Family Athletics Center. It is the third contest in the last four matches at home for the Jayhawks.
Kansas has hit a rough spot in the season losing four of its last five contests as they sit in eighth in the conference standings.
Right behind Kansas is Baylor in ninth with a 9-10 overall record and 2-7 conference mark having lost their last two matches and five of the last six contests.
The Bears are third overall on the season with 3.03 blocks per game and 16.62 digs per game but have averaged just 2.85 blocks and 14.97 digs per game during Big 12 matches.
