IRVING, Texas (AP) _ New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady
is the first NFL quarterback to throw at least three touchdown
passes in each of the first six games of a season. He had three in
the first half of today's game against Dallas.
Brady's 12-yard TD to Wes Welker with 3:34 left in the first
half was Brady's third of the game, and the second TD catch by
Welker. That increased Brady's NFL-leading touchdown total to 19.
Brady threw four TDs against Buffalo in the season opener and
three in every game since.
