LAWRENCE, Kan. – ABC is utilizing the first of three potential six-day selections for Big 12 football games of October 20 and game times for that date will not be made until Sunday, October 14.
Kansas will play at Colorado on the 20th, but the game time will not be known until six days before kickoff. In addition to ABC, which will broadcast a Big 12 game at 2:30 p.m. that day, FSN, ESPN and VERSUS, will also televise conference action that day and are holding the same games for potential selection.
Games under consideration for Oct. 20 include Texas Tech at Missouri, Texas A&M at Nebraska, Kansas at Colorado, Oklahoma at Iowa State, and Texas at Baylor.
Possible television games that day include 11:30 a.m. kickoffs on FSN and VERSUS, 2:30 p.m. on ABC and 4:30 p.m. on ESPN.
