Oktoberfest Goes To The Dogs At Fairlawn Plaza
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-The race was held in part of the 27th Annual Oktoberfest put on by the German-American Club of Topeka. Each dog was registered and given a number to compete.
Daschunds of all sizes and colors competed for first, second and third place trophies. The races were followed by a costume contest.
