    I'm not sure that everyone even should get into running. Find a healthy lifestyle, with lots of physical activity, but without tearing apart your body. When we were kids it was unheard of that a 80 year old could compete in athletics, now it's pretty common with smart thinking. kitchen design trends

    Walking briskly beats running for those of us in the 40 plus range. Good advice to make some sort of ratio to run for some set time, and then go right back to the walking. granite counter tops
