It's been said that if you have to ask someone why they love to run, you just wouldn't understand. I'm not a runner in the sense that I'll be setting any new speed records, but I am a person who likes to run. While I maybe can't explain it entirely, it occurs to me that Thanksgiving offers a pretty good start. When I run and feel the burn in my legs and lungs, I give thanks that my body is able to move freely. (Read Blog)
