Crock Pot Candy

June appeared with Ralph on the 4:00 show last Wednesday, and here's recipe of her you'll find in "A Dash and a Dollop" available from Atria Hearthstone, and Barnes and Noble Booksellers.

Ingredients

16 oz. White Almond Bark
16 oz. Chocolate Almond Bark
1- 12 oz. package of Chocolate Chips
4 oz. of Baker's German's Sweet Chocolate Bar
12 to 15 oz. of Salted Peanuts, Dry Roasted
and 12 to 15 oz. of Unsalted Peanuts, Dry Roasted

(Prep time is 15 minutes. Cooking time is 2 1/2 hours.)

Serves 24 to 36 people.

Directions

Place all the ingredients in your Crock Pot, but do not open it or stir the contents. Cover with the lid. Cook on low temperature for 2 1/2 hours.

Stir carefully when done, and drop it by the tablespoonful onto wax paper.

Cool your candy completely. You can leave it to sit on the wax paper overnight or wait about two hours for it to dry.

Gently remove the pieces of your crock pot candy from wax paper and put them in a cool place and in an airtight container. Enjoy!
