Power Packed Fruit Roll-Up
This quick and easy rollup is perfect for school lunches, or for a nice after-school snack! It's also a great source of protein and fiber for you and your hungry students.
* ¼ cup of your favorite Peanut Butter
* 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and grated (with a cheese grater)
* ¼ cup Hy-Vee Trail Mix
* 3 Flatout Harvest Wheat wraps (located by the Deli)
* Stir peanut butter, grated apple and trail mix together in a medium bowl. Spread 1/3 of the peanut mixture on each wrap. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to two days. Enjoy!
