Chef Alli's Lemon Ladyfinger Trifle!! (LOW-FAT)!!
This is the low-fat delicious lemony and fruity concoction Chef Alli made on Midday in Kansas! I can attest from a personal taste test. It's delicious! :) LS

Ingredients:
Lemon Ladyfinger Trifle 4 oz. one-third less fat cream cheese, softened 1 cup nonfat lemon yogurt 2 cups skim milk 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz) 2 tsp. fresh lemon zest 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries 2 Tbs. granulated sugar 2 tbs. slivered toasted almonds 6-8 oz. package soft lady fingers (these are available at Topeka Hy-Vee!!) |

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Stir in yogurt, milk, pudding mix and lemon zest; beat until smooth. Arrange ladyfingers upright around edge and over bottom of a 2-qt serving bowl (approx 8 inch in diameter). Pour prepared lemon pudding mixture into center of ladyfingers in serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night or until well chilled. In a small mixing bowl, toss fruits with sugar. Just before serving, spoon fruits over top of trifle. Garnish with almonds.
