Ingredients
cake:
6 eggs
1cup liquid oil
1 lg can mandarine oranges (do not drain)
1 yellow cake mix.
frosting:
1 lg can crushed pineaple (do not drain)
1 lg box instant vanilla pudding
1 medium tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)
Directions
cake:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together and put in regular cake pan (no need to greese/flour due to the oil in the mix)
Bake for approximately 45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completelly.
Frosting:
mix pudding and wipped topping with mixer for about 2 to 3 mins. add the crushed pineapple and mix again. spread on cooled cake. This recepie is good for individuals on dialysis.
