1 bag of Ruffles Potato Chips, crushed
2 Cans of Tuna (drained)
1 Cans of Golden Mushroom soup
In a greased 9x13 pan, place a layer of chips, layer of tuna, a can of milk and a can of soup blended, another layer of chips and then the cheese of your choice, Pour another cup of milk over the top, error on the side of wet not dry
I have at times gone so far as to use another can of Golden Mushroom soup and milk mixture over the top.
Bake at 350 for an hour.
Variations of this include substituting any cream of soup for the golden mushroom and adding drained cans of vegitables into the middle.
Using reduced fat chips, soup and milk, and usinbg chunked chicken instead of tuna can make this a low fat delicious meal.
I am not sure where my grandmother found this recipie at but I have yet to have ANY picky kid refuse to eat it after they have tried it.
